Beef cheeks are the cheek muscle and they are known to be a very tough cut of meat.  They need to be cooked long and slow to ensure tenderness.  They absorb flavours of any braising liquid well. The meat is stringy when cut, almost like pulled pork or brisket.  Beef cheeks are best severed on a bed of mashed potatoes. This product comes as a pack of 2 frozen cheeks.
